Managed hosting is an operational workflow, not a claim of currently available infrastructure or guaranteed uptime. Provisioning remains administrator-controlled.
Restart request
Clients can submit an audited restart request without direct host credentials or infrastructure access.
Quarantine
Administrators can quarantine a managed instance and preserve a reasoned event trail for investigation.
