FREQUENTLY ASKED

Understand the operating model.

If a question affects capital risk, validate it independently before deploying software.

Can I buy a sleeve or use it live today?+

The three sleeves are presented as research releases with selected monthly package prices, but checkout remains disabled. Access is invitation-based and assigned manually until legal, payment, tax, country, and release gates are approved.

Is there performance evidence?+

No broker-specific performance evidence has been approved. The current evidence state is unvalidated and no results should be inferred.

Do you hold funds or broker credentials?+

No. The planned service never asks for broker passwords, private keys, withdrawal credentials, or custody of assets.

What does an installation bind to?+

A one-time activation binds the entitlement to an MT5 account login, canonical broker server, and random installation UUID. There is no machine or hardware fingerprint.

How does offline licensing affect trading safety?+

A lease allows 24 hours before new exposure is blocked, with 72 additional hours for offline continuity. Protection and closure stay active. During a complete outage, revocation can therefore take up to 96 hours.

Why can the software stop opening trades?+

A sleeve can abstain because its market structure is absent, or because spread, affordability, exposure, loss, cooldown, session, data, version, or lease gates block new exposure. Protective and closure behavior remains active.

Does selecting more sleeves reduce risk?+

No. Sleeves can become correlated and losses can cluster. The suite provides shared controls, not guaranteed diversification or improved returns.
